THE NETWORK
The network hires specialists into specialist agencies. It does not hire generalists into a pool, because the entire premise is that being narrow is what makes someone worth having.
Open positions
There are no formally advertised openings at present.
We would rather say that than list roles we are not actually hiring for. If you are genuinely excellent at one of the disciplines the network practises — and you can demonstrate it rather than describe it — write to us anyway. Open applications from specialists are read.

- Depth in one discipline, not breadth across six. The network already has the breadth.
- A demonstrable track record — work that can be inspected, not a description of work.
- Comfort with being measured. Every discipline in the network is graded against a control, including yours.
- A willingness to tell a client something they do not want to hear. This is most of the job.
Why specialists come to a network
The best specialists in any narrow discipline do not want to be the only person doing that discipline, in an organisation where nobody above them understands it, with no peers and no ladder. They go where the other specialists are. That is not a failure of budget on the part of everyone else — it is a failure of gravity, and it is the single strongest structural argument for building this way.
