IntentConvert is the second of the two agencies operating inside the network today. It runs paid acquisition — search, social, programmatic, retail media — and it is accountable for outcomes, not for impressions delivered.

The discipline is unglamorous and it is meant to be: instrument the funnel, agree what a good outcome actually is before the money is spent, and then defend the number afterwards. Most performance disappointment is a measurement failure dressed up as a media failure.

IntentConvert works directly with Infabio’s modelling on bidding, allocation and incrementality, which is the practical version of the network thesis — two specialists sharing one measurement spine.
